The Colorado Residential Energy Upgrade (RENU) Loan is a statewide residential loan program sponsored by the Colorado Clean Energy Fund in partnership with Colorado-based credit unions.  It makes home energy upgrades easy and affordable.

The Electrify and Save Program is a financing program hosted in partnership with Gunnison County Electric Association. Through this program, you can install eligible energy upgrades at no upfront cost and repay via a line item charge on your monthly utility bill. The program requires no credit checks, no money down, and offers interest rates below 5%!

USDA Loans

This program offers a combination of a low-interest loan up to $20,000 and a grant component to owner-occupied households that have a household income that does not exceed the very low limit in Gunnison County and are age 62 or older.
