Ownership Application Packet
If you are interested in purchasing a deed restricted home please print and fill out the application packet below and drop it off at the GVRHA office, located at 202 E Georgia Ave, with a $50 processing fee (money order or check made out to GVRHA). Applications take up to two weeks to process and all information requested will be used to verify eligibility for purchase by GVRHA staff. Applications are valid for up to a year but may need to be revised if over 3 months old. Please email lwoodyard@gvrha.org with any questions.

Business Ownership Opportunities
If you own a registered business in Gunnison County and would like to apply to purchase a deed restricted property to help provide employee housing please submit the following application with a $50 processing fee (check or money order made payable to GVRHA) to the GVRHA office located at 202 E Georgia Ave Gunnison, CO 81230.
