Join GV-HEAT and Mountain Roots for a free, 4-week community cooking class designed to help you cook delicious healthy meals! Using portable induction stoves you will learn how to heat your food with electricity and magnets that is faster, safer, and more energy efficient. As part of the class, we offer four free cooking classes, a free food giveaway, and a portable induction stove raffle at the end of class. The classes will be held on Tuesdays between 5:30 and 7:30 pm on April 15, April 22, April 29, and May 6 at the Fred Field Center, 275 S Spruce Street in Gunnison.
