Please submit all of the following supporting documents. If your application is submitted without all of the supporting documents it will be considered incomplete and you will not be considered for the Homestead lottery.

- Most two recent years of W-2’s and/or 1099’s
- Three most recent pay stubs from each current employer
- Proof of 12 months residency within Gunnison County
- Most recent three months bank statements for all accounts (please include ALL pages)
- Copy of state issued photo ID
