Deed restricted cabins will be move-in ready early 2022
Gunnison, CO, November 14, 2021 – Applications are now available for five cabins at Lazy-K in west Gunnison. These homes have been remodeled and will be ready for occupancy in early 2022. Adjacent to the soon to be built West Gunnison Park and within walking distance of transit and many amenities, this is a great opportunity in our housing stressed community. The two-bedroom homes are deed restricted through Gunnison Valley Regional Housing Authority. Cabins are priced at $232,758 and are 650 sq ft and 750 sq ft. Eligible buyers will have an income at or below $44,350 (1-person), $50,650 (2-people), or $57,000 (3-people). Households need to have a member who makes 80% of more of their income in the valley, or otherwise meets the GVRHA eligibility guidelines. Upcoming events related to these sales include:
